Apple Pattern Design

Oh my gosh!  How is it July already?!? The time seems to be flying by really really fast. It's kind of scary, really. Anyway, I drew some apples a few months ago and turned them into a pattern. Drawing from life is the most relaxing way to draw fruits or any still life for that matter, I think. I've been drawing in a sketchbook that was given to me over 20 years ago, by an ex, would you believe? Though I got rid of most reminders of the ex, I am not going to knock back art materials, that's for sure. I do have some priorities and keeping art materials for future use is one of them. I drew the apples using copic markers and colour pencils. It just works real well with this sketchbook and of course, I ended up eating the apples afterwards.  A relaxing and delicious way to pass the time.
