Happy 2025!
The first day of the year or the last is suppose to be a time of reflection. My last year was a bit rough with loved ones getting sick but luckily they are on the mend so that makes me a lot happier. The first half of 2024 was slim pickings for jobs. I was lucky I had enough to tie me over till mid year when the gigs picked up and with a few saving sacrifices, my finances are in a much better place. I am thankful that my book launch for Drop into the Ocean happened mid last year too and I think it has done rather well. We shall see though. I don't have a whole lot of goals this year. I would like to make more patterns, do some exercise every day, get some house stuff done and continue saving. I hope to get more projects this year and be able to achieve all my goals. Today has been spent working on freelance. I have a few more images I need done by next Tuesday when the client comes back from their vacation. Only 5 more to go though, so fingers c...
